Landon Smith is the President of Executive Title Company, overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategic growth and expansion. He drives innovation and operational excellence while positioning the company for long-term success.

​Throughout his career, he has worked nationally with independent title agencies, law firms, national underwriters, and PropTech (SaaS) companies. He has successfully launched, scaled, and integrated product lines across multiple real estate verticals, including homebuilders, mortgage origination, home equity, default, loss mitigation, and REO services — serving both residential and commercial real estate (CRE) markets. Additionally, he has worked extensively with bank and non-bank loan servicers, investors, and GSEs, addressing needs across the full lifecycle of performing and non-performing loans.​​

With 24 years of experience in the title and real estate industry, Jennifer Knudson is a seasoned expert in title operations, production management, and compliance oversight. As Vice President of Operations at Executive Title Company, LTD, she leads strategic initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.
